Case RMC is known for providing exemplarily Service and Support to all of our customers. Our personnel continues to service systems that they initially retrofit 25+ years ago.

From conceptual design → to installation → to commissioning, we incorporate a ‘no system left behind’ support philosophy for every piece of equipment and system we provide.

    • A dedicated point of contact, internal to CRMC, to provide status, ensure system delivery schedule, and manage logistics
  • Engineering
    • Electrical Application Engineering and Drafting
    • Mechanical Application Engineering and Drafting including 3-D modeling
  • System Fabrication and Final Assembly
    • All final assembly (electrical panel, cabinet, mechanical systems) is performed by In-house by the CRMC Engineering Team
  • System Testing
    • Electrical / Controls
      • Closed-loop hardwired testing via CRMC’s proprietary turbine simulator
      • 100% I/O check-out
    • Mechanical
      • In-house HPU for mechanical assembly check-out
    • Customer Witnessed Testing
      • All customers are invited to visit CRMC to review their hardware and confirm its design prior to system shipment to site
• Field Service, Commissioning, and Outage / Turnaround support

  • All Engineers are available to Supervise the Installation of their systems
  • Unit start-up and final Commissioning performed by the responsible CRMC Engineer

  • Available spare parts for CRMC supplied systems
