Electric Vehicles (EV)

Wunderlich-Malec provides control system designs and implementations for vehicle body production and assembly plants. Our systems integrate with MES systems and incorporate automated barcode reading on components for lift and transfer conveyors that integrate parts entry into a robot-controlled buffer areas, delivery to manual process stations, QC inspection, and reject spurs, and integral safety systems for operator protection.

We provide human machine interface (HMI) at key locations for operator status checks and data input. We collaborate with the customers conveyor and robot equipment to successfully integrate a complete solution. Wunderlich-Malec provides all automation control equipment, software, control panels and integration of systems on site. Wunderlich-Malec will provide experienced safety engineers to design and provide operator machine safety and risk assessment in support our customer EH&S requirements. Our experienced engineering teams work with our customers other major suppliers and contractors to provide plant commissioning and start-up.

We provide on-going support, maintenance, and control system modifications for production changes.
