EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – March 3, 2019 – Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. (WM) announces the acquisition of Control Concepts, LLC and Case M&I LLC, leaders in control systems for Turbine Generators for the Power Industry and Rotating Machinery Controls in the Refining and Chemical industries. The newly-acquired business, operating under the name of Case RMC, will provide Wunderlich-Malec customers the added rotating machine control capabilities of Case RMC while their customers gain the added resources of engineering, fabrication and automation control systems complimenting Case RMC’s capabilities and expertise.
This acquisition further strengthens both companies by providing customers a broader range of industrial engineering and system solutions to meet their needs from a single source solutions provider. The combined firm will directly address some of the most critical issues facing industry today – providing single source integrated mechanical, electrical and digital solutions for rotating equipment and industrial applications.
